With millions of us live streaming Joe Wicks’ workouts, searching for alternative PE lessons on YouTube and creating home curriculum documents has become the norm. To stay fit and healthy, the NHS advises us to do at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity a week or around 20 to 30 minutes a day, but this may be difficult to achieve while homebound.
