These shocking statistics demonstrate that today’s teenagers and young adults are a vulnerable group, who are continuously put under pressure daily – from changing hormones, social media, heavy timetables to the pressures of exams, and preparing for their future.  We know exercise is good for the mind as well as the body, but the practice of yoga takes the beauty of mindfulness and relaxation to another level and can be a fundamental tool inside and outside of school hours.
